KYO, Japan, July 13, 2009 – Honda Global announced plans for two New Hybrid models for the Honda Fit and Cr-Z. These Models will be added to the current Hybrid Line, which include the Insight and Civic Hybrid. Eventually, Honda hopes to install a Hybrid system on its larger sized vehicles. This innovative concept is currently in development. Another project currently in the development stages is the research of different technology that will aid in an effort to reduce Carbon Dioxide Emission. They attempt to reduce CO2 by creating fuel efficient automobiles. Honda is also in the process of creating automobiles that are more appealing and accessible to all drivers, from any demographic. The CR-Z was introduced at the 40th Tokyo Motor Show in 2007. The Hybrid make of this model will deliver all the features catered to an enjoyable driving experience as well as effecting the environment in the least way possible.
